The Contract and The Challenge:
Midas completely refurbished the interior of a 4-storey call centre, accommodating 900 staff for The Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc and NatWest. 

The renovations and subsequent critical cleaning were both carried out throughout the night from 22.00 to 0700 whilst the call centre was closed, thereby ensuring minimal disruption to normal working practices for the financial institutitions. 

Once Matrix Cleaning Solutions staff had passed the rigid security checks demanded by the banks they also then satisfied their stringent health and safety procedures including not using any high toxic cleaning fluids and the adherence to working height regulations 2005. 

Working in synergy with the building contractors, Matrix Cleaning Solutions 5 strong team rigidly followed their client’s tight schedule of works and completion.
