The Matrix Cleaning Solutions team is fully trained and qualified by our management team, to our exacting standards. We ensure that our staff has a full understanding of all our products and equipment.

Matrix's key staff hold the nationally-recognised qualification, NVQ2 in hospitality and cleaning for built environments. This qualification is undertaken in the workplace and is overseen by independent assessors and management. Our site supervisors will have achieved NVQ3 qualifications.

Health and Safety standards are fully communicated and complied with. Our on-site team-leaders ensure compliance with your health and safety requirements, as well as meeting any specific requirements for security clearance.

On builders' cleans Matrix ensures all staff are able to work flexibly and to tight deadlines, delivering snag-free environments ready for occupation. 

Our staff has a clear understanding of the importance of the quality of their work to each client. They have checklists for every client's site and all work is inspected.
